Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. This Return and Refund Policy has been created for the customer ease and satisfaction

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 3 days from the date delivery on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement for cancelation. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse you no later than 4 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods in its original condition. We will use the our means of payment, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
• The Goods are in the original packaging
• Product isn't used or damaged
• Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
• The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized will not be return or exchange
• The Parcel with missing items will be liable for return or exchange
• In case you have received a defected suit exchange can be claimed within 03 days of purchase but it must be in its original condition with the receipt, original tags and all pieces + accessories.
• No exchanges/refunds/claims can be made on promotional products
• If any item purchased at full price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the marked down price.
• Claims on previous season’s stock will not be entertained.
• Shipping charges are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable in any form
• Incorrect item received can only be returned to Eshaal Collection Office, subjected to item being returned in its original condition. International orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
• All prices displayed are not inclusive of any shipping charges, duties, and taxes. Shipping charges will be computed and shown at the checkout page after shipping mode is selected.
• Please note that color may slightly vary due to difference in mobile,
  computer screen and high quality camera and lightning used during professional photo-shoot.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any product that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
